Detailed inspection of the equipment for correctness and quality of installation, compliance to the specified requirements and code/regulatory requirements.  Including rechecking to confirm completion of defects.

Ensuring that the equipment is being maintained as required and as expected; the provision of good quality maintenance is essential to maintain safety, maximum equipment life and protect the investment made by the customer.
Condition Assessment
Full and detailed appraisal of the equipment focused on stature, quality of maintenance, health and safety, reliability, serviceability and accessibility; presented in  a written report with risk assessed recommendations.
A targeted service suitable where a strong regime of specification, mid-installation inspection phases, final testing and robust documentation is required.   We typically provide these services to public sector transportation networks
Due Diligence
Appraisal of equipment proposed or already delivered by other parties; as assessment against a set of determined or perceived requirements and assessed independently against a developed set of particular requirements.   We typically provide these services for design & build contracts to ensure that liabilities are controlled/eliminated.
Risk Assessment
Investigation and review of particular equipment and or circumstances to provide hazard assessment and a means to control/eliminate unacceptable results.
Automated data collection from equipment to identify key events, typically required to understand how equipment is used and/or failing.   Could be utilised as a means to determine efficiency improvements.
Efficiency Improvement
Assessment of how the equipment, particular components and use of the equipment results in unnecessary energy consumption; and the determination of an action plan to drive efficiency savings.
Compliance Assessment
Review of code and regulatory needs for the equipment and if these have been met by the equipment delivered or in the process of being delivered.
Portfolio Management
Support services for equipment portfolios including the day to day administration, technical support, condition inspection and capital improvement.
Fault Resolution
Where the maintainer has been unable to resolve faults or where a second opinion is required, an independent assessment of equipment and its faults, causes and solutions – either re-actively or proactively.
Reliability Improvement
Independent assessment focused on delivering maximum reliability from equipment typically extending beyond components of the system and also focusing on equipment use, maintenance and investment.
